Shipment terms and logistics
Our organic farm delivers through GLS. Prices depend on quantity purchased and will be indicated at checkout. We deliver in EU and international countries and our deliveries are tracked. You can also choose store pick ups.

Returns
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Azienda Agricola Alfonso Parisi, Contrada Scinetto, SNC, Corigliano-Rossano 87067, Cosenza, Italy, within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the Products.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Customer Service. Once the return has been authorized, the Customer may return the Product to the following address: Azienda Agricola Alfonso Parisi, Contrada Scinetto, SNC, Corigliano-Rossano 87067, Cosenza, Italy. Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.
Once the Products have been received (and their integrity verified), Prim'olio will promptly credit the Customer for the cost of the returned Products (as indicated on the invoice), deducting the shipping costs, which will be the Customer's responsibility.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer if the Products purchased consist of bottles of oil that have been opened by the Customer, or if the items being sold were specifically ordered and produced to the Customer's specifications.
