Our customer care is available through the form below. We are also available on Whatsapp at +393358378681, through which the company owner, Alfonso Parisi, will answer as soon as possible if you have any questions about our company or your order.

 

We believe in trasparency in our relationship with customers and in direct and steady connection. We want to provide exceptional  products and services.

Wholesales and sole trades

Prim'olio and every product of our organic company were already sold wholesale and to sole trades. We sell on the French market and to many halls in Bologna.

If you have any questions about wholesale and sole trading, please contact us to our email primolio@yahoo.it or through the form below. We'll answer as soon as possible.

Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the ordered Products, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) business days of receiving Products.
 

All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Customer Service. Once the return has been authorized, the customer may return the Product to the following address: Azienda Agricola Alfonso Parisi, Contrada Scinetto, SNC, Corigliano-Rossano 87067, Cosenza, Italy. Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted.
