As a child, I spent my days at the oil mill with my father, Primo. When an injury forced him to retire, his passion became mine.
Today I produce extra virgin olive oil in a continuous cycle oil mill, with double cold extraction and solar energy : a healthy, fragrant and brilliant oil .
Just like my dad's.
Our Dolce di Rossano olives are processed using only mechanical methods.
It gives life to an EVO oil that is slightly dense, with a vibrant green color and a bold yet balanced flavor, with delicate fruity notes.
Our oil is produced in a solar-powered mill, respecting the environment.
The double cold extraction preserves flavor, nutritional properties and natural benefits, giving life to a pure and genuine extra virgin olive oil.
