It all started with dad
When I was a kid I liked to spend my days in the oil mill with my dad Primo. I helped him with small duties, until one day he was forced to stop working due to an accident and I started taking care of our oil production, though still a teenager.
Drop after drop, I fell in love with oil.

Today I've been married for 36 years and I'm a father to four children.
I manage the oil mill following my dad's footsteps, with patience, dedication and love.
With a continuous cold double extraction mill, using solar energy to preserve the astonishing nature around us, my goal is to produce a healthy, delicious and shiny oil.

Our favourite olive
Our dolci di Rossano olives go through mechanical procedures exclusively. With a double cold extraction process, we ensure we provide the purest, healthiest and tastiest oil, and that its nutritional qualities remain intact. No chemical product. Just genuine delight.

Cold-pressing ensures that we produce our oil without harming the environment, and without interrupting its natural balance. Our machines work on energy provided through photovoltaic panels.

Our oil is slightly dense, green in color and has a firm, yet non-invasive taste.
Lightly tangy when young, it grows golden in time and its flavour becomes sweeter and fruity.
Beyond oil
Our organic products
Othen than our organic extravirgin olive oil Prim'olio, our company also produces a variety of certified organic citruses: we don't use pesticides or chemical products while farming. This means delicious healthy fruit, as if it was grown in your own garden.
