Prim'olio Parisi 0,25Cl Bottle of Extra Virgin Calabrian Pepper Flavored Olive Oil

The oil extracted from the Rossano Dolce olive is slightly dense and green in color and the taste is strong but never intrusive and slightly spicy when young and fresh, becoming over time a golden color with a delicate and slightly fruity aroma and taste. Great addition to any dish.  
 
The Calabrian chili has 15,000 SU (Scoville Unit), three times the normal Italian chili. Its spicy flavor is not intrusive, however, but moderate. It is often used for preserves and flavorings since a small amount is sufficient to give the right spicy flavor to any dish.
